Through the tutorial, users were positively encouraged to complete complex assignments. Videquus successfully, through A/B testing, explored how users reacted to the gamification.


The Tutorial feature was applied in the onboarding phase in order to push users through complex behaviours; Videquus wanted to approach users who had not finished the onboarding stages and analyse what it was in their user behaviour that led to the loss in engagement.
