When discussing gamification in HR we need to shift focus from external perspective to developing efficient on-boarding and re-training processes. Studies confirms that about 25% of employees are in some type of career transitions where 50% fails between 4 to 18 months.
What is Gamification in HR?
Research and conventional wisdom both suggest that employees get about 90 days to prove themselves in a new job. The faster new hires feel welcome and prepared for their jobs, the faster they will be able to successfully contribute and increase performance.
