GWEN Implementations have the possibility of being tested using an A/B-method. This is achieved by dividing users registered in GWEN into an A-Group and a B-Group and then applying different Gamification Packages or lack thereof, to the two groups.
When A/B-Testing, Group A and Group B will use the same Gamification Set-Up, but Group B will not be exposed to any Modules, resulting in no Gamification elements being showed.
You will know what group (A or B) the user belongs to, from the first response our GWEN platform sent to you after the user has been authenticated. When the A/B-Test is live, the effect of GWEN is shown as the default metrics view in the GWEN Admin Tool’s dashboard.
